ORDERING AND SHIPPING

Most orders are shipped within 5 business days. Unless overnight shipping is requested, orders are typically shipped via Priority Mail and from that point are delivered in 2-3 days (this is what the U.S. Postal Service quotes). Please let us know if you have a rush order or require expedited shipping. Rush orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our primary concern, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service department via e-mail at returnsteamsantahats.com to get an RMA code.

All returns and/or exchanges will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a prior authorization code. Only pre-made items can be returned. Personalized or custom-made items are not returnable or exchangeable. Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within fourteen (14) days of purchase and must be returned in sellable condition. No refunds will be accepted between December 1 and January 8; there are no exceptions to this rule. Defective merchandise will be replaced during the no-return period.

You must ship any returns prepaid as we cannot accept COD deliveries. We recommend that you use a trackable form of shipment for returns. Refunds will only be given for cost of item, there are no refunds for shipping & handling. Shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount on any items originally delivered with free shipping.

Please note: All items must be returned unused and in sellable condition to be eligible for a refund. Used items will not be accepted for credit.
